BioBut you’ll fight and you’ll make it through. You’ll fake it if you have to, and you’ll show up for work with a smile. Companion of the Doctor. She traveled with him across time and space for a year going on countless adventures to different planets, different lifetimes. No matter how much danger they managed to stumble into, they always got out, always managed to save each other just in time. Martha loved him. He was mysterious and amazing (like fire and ice and rage), and even living in the shadow of his previous companion, she shined in her own way. She was clever, ridiculously stubborn, brave, and willing to pursue the answers to the tough questions. To put it more succinctly, she was brilliant. When the Master awoke, stole the TARDIS, and took over the Earth, capturing her family, Jack Harkness, and the Doctor, she left in order to save them. She walked the entire Earth during an apocalyptic year that no longer exists, telling the Doctor's story, and by doing so, she saved the world. There's a million sad stories on the side of the road.
